How do I register for one of Wellspring's events?

For all events, please send us:

-Your name
- Address
- Phone (incl. cell),
- Email address,
- Name of the event
- Dates you will be attending (for those events with variable dates)

REGISTRATION FOR 2010 PRAYER OF EMBODIMENT RETREAT

Send Deposit and your name and contact information to:
Gardy Bacas, Administrator, New Community Church, 614 "S" Street, NW, Washington, D.C. 20001.

Deposit: At least one-half tuition, non-refundable Deposit Make checks payable to New Community Church and note "P of E retreat."

Early Bird Registration received by September 10.
Oct. 8-11 (Fri-Mon) early bird registration_____ in residence $250 _____ commuter $175

Regular Registration due by October 1.
Oct. 8-11 (Fri-Mon) regular registration _____ in residence $275 _____ commuter $200

Late registration may be available. Call Margot Eyring 202-547-3898 before October 7 to find out if space is available.

For the Pilgrimage of Peace, please send what you are able as a deposit.

We request a $75 deposit to Wellspring for 2 & 3 day events
and a$50 deposit for days of rest and prayer

Need Financial Assistance?
No one should stay away for lack of funds.
Many churches and other organizations help with scholarships.
