You are invited to a retreat to recover, integrate and practice Christianity's profoundly embodied spirituality in all areas of life: personal, social/political and ecological.

4 PM October 8, 2010 to 1 PM Monday, October 11, 2010 (with possibility of attending for weekend only)

We conclude the retreat with a closing circle immediately after lunch. You are strongly urged to attend the entire retreat to experience all the benefits.

Through a twice daily rhythm of gentle yoga stretches followed by periods of centering meditation, communal silence, worship, daily Eucharist, prayerful reading of the scriptures, rest, play, instructions and presentations, fellowship and deliciously healthy food, participants will renew and deepen their bodies, minds and spirits in the deeply embodied rhythm of God's love in Christ. We will work with how to integrate and practice what we've experienced on the retreat into our daily lives, relationships, work, society and faith communities.
