All of these words - and probably others as well - come to mind when the word vision is spoken.

The job of leaders in any walk of life is to assist people in claiming a common vision and then holding it out in front of them, the constant reminder of that which they are working toward in collaboration with one another.

At Wellspring we have a vision of a world that is collaborative and resilient, one that is rooted in justice and peace, yet, wildly creative!

We believe in beauty and strength, non-sentimental love and the dignity of each person. We believe that the church, at her best, forms people to live in these ways with the community of all life. And, we believe that we are moving more and more into relationship with others who have a piece of this vision we have and would like to share that through the gift of sacred space and hospitality which is also a part of our mission.
